Returns

Agar aap ko product damaged, defective ya ghalat receive ho, to delivery ke 3 din ke andar hamari support team se rabta karein. Product original condition aur original packaging mein hona chahiye.

Refunds

Refund sirf un cases mein process kiya jata hai jahan product damaged, defective ya ghalat deliver hua ho. Product receive aur inspect karne ke baad refund approval di jati hai.

Non-Returnable Items

Health, beauty aur personal care products hygiene reasons ki wajah se open ya used hone ke baad return ya exchange nahi kiye ja sakte.

Order Cancellation

Order dispatch hone se pehle cancel kiya ja sakta hai. Dispatch ke baad cancellation accept nahi ki jayegi.
